Here’s your chance to work with an intercultural student body and help shape their future careers in the global business environment.
Part-Time: 30 hours per week (limited contract as maternity replacement)
Start Date: April 2025 (up to 50% remote an option)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (open to all disciplines).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English (preferably also German).
  • Experience: Previous experience in counselling, teaching, training, project management, or event management is advantageous.
  • Passion for Diversity: Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
  • Tech-Savvy: Solid experience with MS Office and a high digital affinity.
  • Proactive and Committed: High level of commitment, independent working style, and decision-making ability. Be a proactive networker. No fear of cold calling.

Project and Event Management: Develop and manage innovative projects and events that create win-win outcomes for students and employer partners. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management skills, a passion for initiating and nurturing partnerships, and a data-driven approach to client relations.

  • Effective Marketing: Promote our services and events through networking, communication, and marketing activities.
  • Balanced Work Distribution: Engage in project and event management, data management, and marketing. Plus, take on roles as a coach, trainer, or feedback provider in our career skills training and consultations.
