Salary: Pro rata £20,888.22 - £22,695.42, Full Time Equivalent £26,759.27 - £29,074.42 per annum
Hours of work: 30 Hours per week, 42 Weeks per year (Term Time only), Part-Time, Permanent

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Careers and Progression Adviser will work as a member of a wider team responsible for supporting students’ decisions on their progression opportunities. The post holder will be responsible for delivering particular elements of the College’s careers strategy, with a particular focus on support for students who are aiming to progress into non-university opportunities. An important part of the role will be to establish links with teaching staff and to encourage the development of careers learning within students’ academic courses.
To implement an agreed careers programme that meets Gatsby benchmarks and supports students to make informed choices in relation to their progression to employment, apprenticeships, higher or further education. The Careers adviser will be required to work closely with the Careers Lead in relation to implementing an agreed careers strategy for delivery across a range of activities.
