Job Description Key Responsibilities Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including conversions, impressions, click-through rates, and engagement to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Build and maintain clear, concise reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance and insights to internal stakeholders. Create and update HTML email templates based on provided specifications, ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and brand consistency. Collaborate with Client Success teams to deliver high-quality email templates on time and aligned with client branding and campaign goals. Support data hygiene efforts, including list cleaning, segmentation, and validation, to ensure campaigns are deployed to accurate and compliant datasets. Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues and identifying process improvements to enhance marketing execution and performance. Requirements: 0-2 years of related experience Bachelors degree preferred (Cebu) required (US); Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Developing problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Developing basic documentation skills for routine tasks and follows established templates. Demonstrated strong data analysis skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (basic CRM or automation platforms) Strong organizational skills Developing verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration Ability to learn new technologies Attention to detail. Experience with Basecamp project management a plus Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
