As a Caregiver, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in various settings, including homes, group homes, and day activity programs. Reporting to a program manager, your core responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of people through effective caregiving practices. Utilizing your skills, taught in new employee orientation, you will create a safe and nurturing environment. Your relevant life experiences will enhance the quality of life for those you serve, making a meaningful impact in their daily routines.
