What You'll Be Doing As a vital member of our team, you will provide personalized, hands-on care to our residents—enhancing their well-being and promoting independence through support with daily activities. What You’ll Need A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, grow, and play a significant role on our passionate Peninsula Regent team. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home, senior living facility, or as a caregiver. Current CPR and First Aid Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
