Beztak is looking to hire a Caregiver to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care that meets the physical and social needs of the resident. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing * Respond to resident’s needs in a caring and positive manner * Encourage and assist residents to participate in daily actives to provide them with an engaging living environment * May assist in various community activities * Assists in training and development of new employees * Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. PERSONAL QUALITIES: * Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members * Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: * One-year experience in the field * Exceptional customer service skills BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing. Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry. Responsibilities

Provide personalized physical and social care to senior residents, including assistance with activities of daily living. Ensure a safe, engaging, and positive living environment while assisting with community activities and new employee training.
