Are you a compassionate and experienced caregiver who speaks Cantonese and English fluently? Do you enjoy supporting seniors to live independently and with dignity in their own homes? At Home Instead Richmond, we’re seeking Part-Time Home Support Workers to join our team—especially those who can support Cantonese-speaking clients while communicating clearly in English with our supervisors and completing training and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live in or near Richmond, BC
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for training, documentation, and team communication
• Must be available for part-time shifts of various lengths and times

• Assist clients with personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
• Offer companionship and engagement, especially in Cantonese
• Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings (if applicable)
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using our Care App (WellSky) in English
