• Shopping for groceries and other household necessities.
• Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Assisting with prescribed exercises or physical therapy routines.
• Companionship and Emotional Support
• Providing social interaction and conversation to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social events.
• Ensuring a safe environment by minimizing fall risks and other hazards.
• Being trained in first aid and CPR to respond to emergencies
