EXPERIENCE

• Experience preferred (home care or facility)
• CNA Certification and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass a background check and reference screening

• Support mobility and transfers, including bed-to-chair, or use of assistive devices
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Follow care plans and document care provided
