Job Summary Columbia Cottage in Linglestown, PA looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Document care provided accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. CNA certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Compensation & Benefits This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $17.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience.
