Seeking Home Health Aids (or CNA) in the middle burg, green cove, orange park, areas or if you are willing to travel to those locations.

  • Experience in senior care, home care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions.
  • Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with systems used in healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide support for patients with disabilities and those requiring specialized care, including dementia care.
  • Engage in patient observation to ensure safety and comfort, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques to prevent injury to both the patient and the caregiver.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
