As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy: * Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing * Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00AM - 3:00 PM * Client Details: The client will need transporting and has a cat in the home. * Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit * 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for * Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement * Career Growth: Free continuing education and advancement opportunities As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by: * Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship * Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) * Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns * Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need: * Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting * Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week * CNA certification preferred, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable transportation and insurance * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives, helping them stay safe at home while preserving their dignity, privacy, and independence?
