Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and daily activities to promote independence. Monitor and report health changes as directed. Prepare meals and support dietary needs. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities. Maintain a clean, safe environment. Build positive relationships with clients and families. Transport clients to appointments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in Caregiving or home health is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and patient. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Willing and able to work in Lake Country communities.
