Comfort Keepers is seeking Caregivers to join our team! You will assist in providing the daily care and joy to our elderly individuals in a home setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is a plus, however we will train individuals that show a passion for the work and a willingness to learn.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Up-to-date insurance in your name, registration and valid Driver’s License

• Assist clients with daily living activities which include companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments and errands, etc.
• Collaborate with Client Care Coordinator as well as client and family for best care opportunities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
• Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Ashtabula County
• Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
