This role supports members with daily living activities, skill-building, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assist members with activities of daily living, including toileting and hygiene Prepare simple meals and assist with cooking as needed Perform light cleaning and maintain a safe environment Facilitate activities such as crafts, games, and group participation Accompany members on outings and community activities Provide encouragement and positive support throughout the day Follow care plans and safety guidelines consistently Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Fingerprint Clearance Card (need to obtain within 90 days of hire) CPR Certification (training assistance available) First Aid Certification (training assistance available) Article 9 Certification (training assistance available) If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated resume.
