RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. * Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. * Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. * Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions. REQUIREMENTS * Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility. * Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. * Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
