As a Cheer caregiver, your role involves providing compassionate home care services to the elderly and disabled. A large part of your role is providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to older adults. Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Transportation services to clients for medical appointments. Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more! Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel Cell phone with internet access Strong organizational & communication skills Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards others Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure?
