JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for motivated caregivers to join our health care team, who work directly with clients in a private home or facility setting. Applicants who are experienced in home healthcare and also hold other certifications will be strong candidates for this position. Caregiving responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, homemaking, and companionship.

QUALIFICATION:

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in all activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
  • Prepare nutritious meals within the patient’s diet and assist clients with eating, when necessary.
  • Medication reminders.
  • Assist clients with transfers, walking, and physical activity as needed.
  • Performs light housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and dishes.
  • Assistance with transportation to appointments, activities, errands, and shopping.
  • Meets the safety needs of the client and uses equipment safely and properly.
  • Completes records accurately and carries out all assignments as requested.
  • Notifies supervisor of any acute or pertinent changes in client condition.
