CNA/Caregiving Role: As a Caregiver/CNA, your primary responsibility will be to offer support and assistance to residents with their daily activities and care plans, under the guidance of the Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff. Mobility Assistance: Support patients with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documented care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents. Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their quality of life. Safety: Create a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies. Communication: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns. Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assistance with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Qualifications: Certified as a CNA or HCA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No 1099 contracts. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Current Shift Availability: Evening, night, and weekend shifts are available. Must be available for weekend shifts. Locations: Vancouver, WA Battle Ground, WA Job Types: Full-time Compensation: $19-24.00 per hour dependent upon experience and certifications.
