WE PAY WEEKLY!

We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to start immediately for a client with special requirements for the position! This is a 40-hour weekly case, M-F 9am-5pm, at the home of the individual you are providing services to.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • HHA Certification or prior experience in a caregiving capacity
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and willing to be fingerprinted per state/federal requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
  • Must be physically fit and healthy enough to perform the routine job tasks including lifting up to 50# with or without assistance; walking, standing, or sitting for long periods; dexterity/able to use hands/fingers frequently; hearing and speaking to individuals; frequent movement such as bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, climbing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship, guidance, and assistance to individuals in the completion of daily tasks & skills.
  • Promote good hygiene and grooming for individuals.
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, showering, toileting, shaving, dental & nail care, etc.).
  • Administer and supervise the individuals in taking medications and treatments and record those activities under the direction of a nurse.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule. Actual duties may vary according to the client’s needs, specific assignments, or work site.
  • Maintain, record, and review required documentation regarding the personal progress and skill development of each individual.
  • Implement and document interventions as prescribed by the Individual Service Plan (ISP).
  • May represent them at support services, including medical appointments.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to individuals in the completion of light household chores.
