Description Locations: Island Lake, IL 60042 • Grayslake, IL 60030 Position Overview Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is hiring a caregiver to support two elderly female clients located in nearby Island Lake and Grayslake, Illinois. This combined assignment offers a stable, predictable schedule with consistent weekly hours. Benefits include: Major medical insurance (fully covered by employer for employees working 20 or more hours per week) Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid sick leave Authorized Schedules & Hours Island Lake – Elderly Female 10.5–11 hours per week 45.75 hours per month Services provided three (3) visits per week Grayslake – Elderly Female 10–10.5 hours per week 45 hours per month Services provided two (2) visits per week Total Combined Hours: Approximately 20.5–21.5 hours per week Requirements Caregiver Responsibilities Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assistance with mobility and safe movement Meal preparation and related clean-up Light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a safe living environment Medication reminders only Errands or accompaniment, as authorized Observation and reporting of changes in condition Job Requirements Valid authorization to work in the United States Valid driver’s license Active automobile insurance Reliable transportation
