RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist patients with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
