What You’ll Do Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings Communicate regularly with families and the care management team Assist with toileting and incontinence issues Why Join Assisting Hands?
