JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lepine Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to assist elderly and disabled clients in their homes throughout Western Massachusetts.
We provide non-medical home care services focused on helping clients maintain their independence and dignity. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Able to pass a background check
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands (when applicable)
• Monitor and report changes in condition
