CARE ON CALL HEALTH CARE LTD operates a Healthcare Staffing Division supporting care and residential services across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas with suitably vetted Care Workers and Support Workers.

We are building a register of care professionals who are available for temporary and flexible assignments with local care homes, residential homes and other care and support services.

Registering with CARE ON CALL HEALTH CARE LTD does not automatically constitute an offer of employment or guarantee a minimum number of hours or assignments. Suitable registered workers may be offered assignments according to client requirements, worker availability, role suitability and completion of our recruitment and compliance requirements.

Our aim is to develop a reliable local workforce that care providers can call upon for planned staffing requirements, sickness and annual-leave cover, day and night shifts, waking nights, weekend cover and short-notice staffing requirements.

Before being cleared for suitable assignments, candidates will be required to complete our registration, recruitment and compliance process. This may include identity and Right to Work checks, appropriate DBS checks, employment references, mandatory training verification, competency checks and other role-specific requirements.
