Our team of caring professionals work together to make our senior residents feel at home in our communities.   Beztak is looking to hire a Caregiver – Memory Care to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care in accordance with the established memory care standards of care procedures.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing  * Follow each resident’s service plan with provision of care, supporting their abilities * Encourage residents and provide environment for success in meeting their highest level of participation and independence while fostering choice * Monitor and document behaviors as specified for individual residents *  Helping residents with mobility needs and cognitive impairments * Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills   PERSONAL QUALITIES: * Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members * Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment * Acts with patience and understanding at all times   QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: * One-year experience working in memory care  * Exceptional customer service skills   BEZTAK PERKS & BENEFITS: Beztak has an exciting, growth-focused culture, and we strongly believe in promotion from within.
