Job Description As a Caregiver at our Summerset on the Landing village you will work as part of our compassionate team in the Memory Care Centre, where we deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working AM shifts on a 4 on 2 off roster. Typical duties include: Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes Aiding with hygiene, such as showering Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc Please click here to view the full job description.
