Job Description As a Caregiver at our Boulcott Village you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs. Typical duties include: Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes Aiding with hygiene, such as showering Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working on a 3 on 3 off roster 4pm - 8pm Please click here to view the full job description.
