As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Missouri City, TX (77459). These positions are for an active case and require light one-on-one care. ---------------------------------------- LOCATION Greater West Houston Current Need: Missouri City, TX 77459 ---------------------------------------- SHIFT SCHEDULE Sunday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Short morning shifts – ideal for supplemental income or flexible schedules) ---------------------------------------- TYPE OF CARE Light one-on-one in-home care ---------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES • Follow the care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities • Provide companionship and ensure client safety • Perform light housekeeping duties • Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders • Monitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changes • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided • Follow all safety and infection control protocols • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS • Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus) • CNA certification is ideal but not required • Ability to pass a background check and reference check • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassion, patience, and professionalism • Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Special rate: $15/hour • Short shifts – great for additional income • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Supportive and caring work environment • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s life ---------------------------------------- EEOC STATEMENT Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston, TX, is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
