Job Description As a Caregiver in our Memory Care unit at our Kenepuru Village you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs. Typical duties include: Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes Aiding with hygiene, such as showering Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc The shift/hours for this role are: 4 days on 2 days off, Night shifts.
