Job Summary A Caregiver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers, ensuring the agency has a reliable and compassionate workforce to support our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers and healthcare staff Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and community channels Actively source candidates through referrals, networking, and recruiting events Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification Ensure all hires meet Pennsylvania state and agency compliance requirements Manage new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate records of applicants, hires, and recruitment activities Track hiring progress and contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience Qualifications Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or healthcare hiring (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring needs simultaneously Work Environment Office-based position in Milton, PA Fast-paced environment with frequent phone and computer use Collaborative team environment Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off On-the-Job Training Supportive and collaborative work environment Apply Today If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume to: daniellet@ihomehealthpa.com We look forward to hearing from you.
