Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance to ensure their safety and comfort. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care services and report any changes in client conditions promptly. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is an advantage. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Background check clearance and valid driver's license may be required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
