Description
We are hiring experienced Home Care Aides, Caregivers, and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide hands-on, non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults. This position is best suited for caregivers with professional home care experience who are comfortable providing full ADL support and value quality, consistency, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities (All ADLs): Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, continence care, and mobility assistance Provide transfer assistance, repositioning, and fall-prevention support Support clients with ambulation, walker and wheelchair assistance (as needed) Assist with meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and special diets Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and home safety support Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols Maintain professional documentation and communication Key Qualifications: Prior experience as a Home Care Aide, Caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and all ADLs Experience with seniors, elderly care, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, or mobility-impaired clients Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a home care / in-home care setting Why Work With Us: Competitive pay: $20–$25/hr Consistent hours and client assignments Supportive office team and clear communication Opportunities for long-term, steady caregiving cases Respect for experienced caregivers and their skills Prior caregiving experience required.
