ABOUT THE POSITION Santa Lucia is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in-home and/or community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve. On a typical day, you might: Provide transportation and supervision Model appropriate behaviors Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and assist with daily living skills Qualifications Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required. Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training. Optional Medical Coverage: Available when eligible.
