ABOUT THE POSITION Santa Lucia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve. On a typical day, you might: Provide transportation and supervision Model appropriate behaviors Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required. Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
