Job Summary: Senior Helpers of West Oahu is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure seamless delivery of in-home care services to our clients. This role is critical to maintaining continuity of care, supporting our caregivers, and ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly schedules for caregivers and clients * Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility * Communicate schedule changes, updates, and shift coverage with caregivers in a timely manner * Monitor open shifts and proactively fill them to ensure uninterrupted care * Respond to caregiver call-outs and arrange backup coverage * Maintain accurate scheduling records and client care hours in the company’s scheduling system * Communicate with clients and families regarding schedule updates when necessary * Support onboarding of new caregivers by coordinating initial schedules and introductions * Work closely with the care management team to ensure client care plans are properly staffed * Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred * Previous scheduling, administrative, or office coordination experience preferred * Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing environments is a plus * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods * Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs Benefits: * Competitive salary * Paid training * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for professional growth * Meaningful work supporting seniors and caregivers in the community About Senior Helpers of West Oahu: Senior Helpers of West Oahu is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care that allows seniors to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.
