These are short, flexible 4–5 hour shifts, offered across multiple timeframes, and include premium pay for every short shift worked. Responsibilities

Caregivers will assist clients with daily activities to maintain independence at home, including providing personal care support such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Responsibilities also involve assisting with mobility, planning and preparing meals, and offering companionship and light household support.
