Spring Oak is proud to be recognized as a "Great Place to Work" our motto is "Welcome to the Family" We believe in creating a warm welcoming, and uplifting environment where residents and staff celebrate life and wellness to the fullest. \n Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing or management staff Support residents with medication reminders according to community policies Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Assist with recreational activities and encourage resident participation Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency situations Document care and services provided in accordance with community procedures Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies Qualifications: Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), CNA, or certification preferred where applicable Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented Shift: Full-time \n $14 - $14 an hour \n
