Supervisor responsibilities include managing workflow, training and developing employees, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, resolving conflicts, and communicating between employees and upper management. Provide direct resident care, assist with staff development, and report to higher-level management. Involved with management meeting and provide client feedback based on assessments Assist clients as-needed with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding. Properly manage household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for families. What we’re looking for: Certified Nursing Assistant Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus. Background Check: Live Scan criminal background check is required Valid California Home Care Aide registration FT Hours: Available from 8 am until 10 pm, capped at 40 hrs / wk, overtime available upon request. Weekend availability is a plus! Available to travel and work across Alameda County - paid mileage between assignments and a monthly travel stipend is included. Able to provide Caregiver Training and conduct Supervisory Visitations A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible Access to reliable transportation English Proficiency: Be able to read, speak, and write in English. Experience with special needs children is a plus!
Responsibilities
The caregiver supervisor will manage workflow, train and develop employees, and ensure compliance with care plans and agency policies. They will also provide direct resident care and assist with staff development while maintaining records and enforcing company policies.
