OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in home care or assisted living is preferred, but not required - training will be provided
• knowledge of patient care practices, including dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
