It is all about building relationships and connections with clients, while providing professional care as required. It is a job where you are encouraged to slow down, take your time, and connect with people, not just rush to complete tasks. Of course, clients enlist caregiving help because they have either a physical need, or a cognitive change and they’ll need your help with some tasks such as: bathing/showering dressing, personal hygiene toileting and incontinence care preparing meals light housekeeping laundry grocery shopping accompanying to appointments Compensation & Benefits: Pay rate of $19.00 / hour with opportunities for raises Health Benefits - have access to a customizable health benefits plan Referral Bonus - be rewarded for referring clients or caregivers Training - both initial and ongoing training are fully provided Scheduling: This is an existing vacant position. Hours are varied and dependent on clients’ needs. There is a current need for morning and daytime availability. Applicants with morning and daytime availability will be prioritized.
