We are open 24/7,  year round. This vital role involves providing personalized assistance, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for residents across various care settings. Duties * Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary * Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations * Support residents with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, and autism-specific needs through specialized techniques * Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and perform heavy lifting safely to ensure resident comfort and safety * Maintain clean and organized living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks and ensuring infection control standards are met Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid orientation * Paid training Qualifications: * Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring * Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and assisting with mobility devices like Hoyer lifts * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and support residents’ needs * Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care Application Instructions: Application can be received via email to be printed out, or it can be picked up at 5202 Prairie Rose house.
