***CAREGIVER***PART-TIME*** TENNESSEE RIDGE, TN Job Summary: Village Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Tennessee Ridge, Tennessee, is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual. CAREGIVER Benefits: * Mon, Wed & Fri Shift (Day & Evening) - PART-TIME: 24 Hours Per Week!! * MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!! * Pay Rate: $16-17/Hour * Paid Training, including CPR Certification * Ongoing Training Provided As Needed * 401K with Company Match * Benefits Available For Full-Time Employees CAREGIVER Responsibilities: * Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing * Provide emotional support and companionship to residents * Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely * Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities * Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration * Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members CAREGIVER Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experience * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature  * Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed * Must pass a background check  EEOC Statement: Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
