Are you passionate about taking care of seniors with memory loss? As a Dementia Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients with Alzheimer’s or other memory-related conditions. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, and offer companionship tailored to their unique needs—helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day. At United Care, we support both our clients and our caregivers. We offer 24/7 support, ongoing training, flexible schedules, and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Help manage memory-related challenges and behavior changes Document care activities and follow individualized care plans Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members What We’re Looking For: Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries Physically capable of assisting with transfers or lifting Comfortable with providing personal care to male clients Empathetic and understanding Patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities Previous caregiver experience preferred. Active California Home Care Aide registration. Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.). Valid driver's license and active car insurance. Why Join Us?
