Who We’re Seeking Aging Life Care Professionals and gerontology advisors Dementia care specialists and senior living advisors Medicare and Medicaid benefits specialists and licensed brokers Legal advisors for POA, estates, and guardianship What You Will Do Assess risks and needs, produce 30-day care plans and provider maps Explain dementia stages, safety, behavior strategies, and respite options Compare senior living options, budget impacts, and move timelines Clarify coverage, savings programs, and appeals pathways Facilitate family roles, cadences, and documentation Partner with Navigators to integrate plans into client Support Plans What You Bring 7+ years in eldercare, benefits, or family planning contexts Relevant licenses or certifications where applicable Trauma aware, family systems fluent, meticulous documentation Notes Educational and planning scope.
