Responsibilities

As a Careline Response Officer, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need.
Working a flexible 24/7 rota, your key responsibilities will include: handling emergency and non-emergency calls from customers providing a professional, caring, and consistent service attending customer homes to assist those who have fallen, using specialised equipment to help lift them safely liaising with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require this is a role where you can truly make a difference, helping older and disabled individuals maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
