What you’ll bring You are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. A commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and families. To thrive in this role, you will need: A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. The ability to work independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development. You will also have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.
