JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance, particularly seniors and those requiring hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Your commitment to providing exceptional care will make a significant difference in their lives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of first aid practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and empathy towards clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and moving clients safely.
  • Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
  • Support clients in daily living activities such as mobility and personal hygiene.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
  • monitor health conditions when necessary.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
