What we offer: Great Rates of Pay – Up to £13 per hour Minimum 1-Hour Calls - Giving you more time to care. Paid Mileage - Car users receive paid travel allowance of 40p per mile. Guaranteed Hours Contract - A variety of contracts available up to a guaranteed 16 hours per week subject to your availability. Paid Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training in the classroom and through our online training portal. With the assistance of our team and with industry leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead is known for. Here's what you will be doing: Companionship - Ensuring clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction both at home, out shopping and enjoying social activities. Home help - Help with everyday tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation Personal Care - supporting clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming. You will visit the same clients on a regular basis therefore building bonds of trust and joy. You will be visiting clients in their home and must be able to travel between visits Qualifications You will need to be available late evenings and weekends and have access to your own reliable transport.
