WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To join our team, you’ll need:

• A valid driving license and your own transport (you’ll travel between service users).
• A willingness to learn — no previous experience required, as we’ll provide full training.
• To complete an enhanced DBS check and register with Social Care Wales.

As a carer, you’ll provide vital support tailored to each service user’s needs. Daily tasks may include:

• Helping with morning and bedtime routines.
• Assisting with bathing, showering, and personal care.
• Preparing meals and drinks.
• Supporting with medication.
• Providing companionship and social support.
• Helping with light domestic tasks.

We offer flexible working options, including full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend roles, so you can fit your work around your lifestyle.
